Question
Her mouth seems to be locked in place with lower jaw off set just a little how do I help her

Answer
HI Mary -
I would Need MUCH more information  before I can even attempt to help you
THIS being said..
Has anything  happened to her that caused an injury?  Has she been disbudded recently?
Just from the one sentence you wrote it sounds very much like lockjaw (tetanus) and if this is the case  she needs a vet ASAP! today..  If it is not too far advanced and this is in fact what this is..
