Goats/pygmy goat can't poop and dribbling pee

i have a 14 week old pygmy goat.  he started acting funny on monday.  took him to the vet on tues am.  they told me it was bloat, they dewormed him, gave him antibiotics and a vitamin b shot.   he seemed a little better tues afternoon.  wed he seemed worse.  took him back and he stayed till    they said that he pooped alittle (had some mucus) and peed three times. his penis is alittle puffy, they saw no stones.  he was peeing better sat. now today (sunday) his pee is just dribbling.  and he only pooped about a quater size poop clump.   i gave him mineral oil. hay and a small handful of oats which he just nibbles on.

What is his temp? Does he look hunched up?  Constipation can also cause slow urine stream. Would give mineral oil at 1\4 cup every 2 hours for 2 doses. May need to give doses again tomorrow. Getting him to drink lots of water is also important. Let me know.
