Goats/goat with hurt leg

My goat fell from the trunk of the car onto concrete as we were taking it out. It hurt its back leg and now keeps it in the air. he is limping but not putting full weight on leg. We have applied a pain killer cream to his leg. What else can

It is possible he just sprained his leg and it may take 3 or 4 weeks for him to begin using the leg again.  If it feels "floppy" or looks like a bone is not in the right place then it could be broken.  Use of a "pain cream" is good, but use of an "all over" pain control medicine would help, this would be something like aspirin - do you have availability of human type aspirin? Also making sure the goat can get to water and food without fighting other goats for it is important.  Hope this helps.
