Answer
Jeff:

I guess I want to know what your question is?

The video is not very good, so it's hard to see what I need to see.  It looks like you have a lot going on, lots of moving parts.  I would quiet down your takeaway, you tend to grab the club right before you take it back.  It always seems that it is easier if you learn to swing the club back instead of snatching it away with your hands.  Allow your arms to swing the club back and let your hands set the club at the top.  I would also really quiet your legs in the backswing.  You tend to straighten your right knee which destroys your balance.  Maintain the flex in your right knee, this will make it more solid in the backswing and give you more support for making the forward swing.  I also noticed you swung the club a little over the top, which means from the top of the backswing, your hands get pushed out away from you.  From there, you have to swing the club down and across the line, which causes slices and shots that go to the right.  You'll tend to pull your short irons and hit your longer ones to the right.  The correct path you need to be swinging your club on (if you pictured a clock and your target was 12 o'clock) is out towards one o'clock.  An out to in path, which you have, means you are swinging the club towards 10 or 11 o'clock.  You need to be swinging towards 12 o'clock or 1 o'clock.  Swing the club towards the target, not away from it.  So quiet down your legs and hands, and start swinging the club more towards your target.  You'll be OK, you have good motion.
