Question Calloway X series irons feature an X18
and an X18R series. What does the R signify.
Is there a difference between the X18 and X18R models?
Answer Bill,
Callaway made and makes the X series irons in the standard and tour models.
The tour models had less offset and thinner top lines and slightly different loft and lie specs.
The R could signify a few things
Regular flex shafts
Right handed model
or a miss print for a tour.
I do not know of any "R" models.
Thanks
Jim
