I am also looking for a very similar programme. I'm 58 and whilst I would love to achive Brian's level but have moved from 14 to 16. My circumstances have changed but whilst I will have most days free not all can be given to the game.

Could you please suggest a regime that I can fit around playing Tuesdays and Saturdays (18 holes) and practicing 3 other weekdays.

I'm happy to discus my goals but in truth would need help in setting them. I do yoga once a week but will also check out that link.

Any help you can give me would be much appreciated - thank you
