Question Hi, How do I report a fraud situation if I do not have the person's SS#? I have a neighbor renting across from me. Her landlord owns 3 houses and collects rent form them. She has them in other names and claims she is living in the house across the street although there is a tenant who pays her $1200 a month rent and she does not live there. this women, Maria Herrara also claimed unemployment although she was the owner of the buisness that went bankrupt. the other house in our subdidivision is listed in her father name and is rented also. she told the renter across the street her father lives there which we know is not true as he lives in Miami, and there is a renter from Colorado there now.
I do not know Maria's SS#, but I can give you both address numbers in Ocala, and I am sure you have someway to check it out. The neighbors here know what has been going on and of course the renter is the one who told me about Maria collecting SS disability. she told her she got some Doctor in Miami to certify her so she can collect for herself and her daughter. Maria has lied to SS and told them she is living in the house where the renters. I have the number of the house where she actually lives.
