Question
Hello:

Are the funds for Social Security rapidly being used by more and more people receiving Social Security?  I hear both good and bad but do not know what to believe.  I am scheduled to retire in 8 more years, 2021 at age 66. Should I be concerned?

I thank you for your reply.

Answer
If Congress does not make changes, there is reason to be concerned.
You can find information written by Social Security actuaries that show the solvency of the program.
