Question
I'm an Israeli citizen.
I worked in USA for more than 10 years ( I had a "Green Card")and earned more than 40 credits which are needed for retirement benefits.
In 2011 , I relocated back to Israel and I had abandoned my "Green Card".
Can I claim social security benefits based on those facts ?
