I am assuming you want to know what a "federal" GS-12's pay schedule is right now. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is in charge of all these things.

Specifically their "Salaries & Wages" portion of their website will be helpful to you.
I know that I didn't exactly come out and say what a GS-12 will make. It all depends on what job they have and their location. For example, an IT professional will make considerable more in San Francisco than a Comptroller will in Mobile. They may be both GS-12s, but their job and location will affect their pay.
