Is anything being done with notchbabies. Im 86 now and I think theyr trying to wait till Im gone to give me whats rightfully mine. May 29, 1921

I am not familiar with "notchbabies" but did a little research. This falls outside of my area of expertise.  Please see the following information taken from Robert on AllExperts.  He answered this question for a Virginia.  I am sorry that I don't know more.

Social Security defines Notch Babies as having been born after 1917 but before 1922. I have a fairly recent article on the Notch Baby issue at Web address:

Neither of the bills discussed in the article was passed by Congress and I do not believe President Bush's tax cutting legislation addressed Notch Babies, either.

While work on the WWII Memorial should finally get underway later this year, it is far from adequate tribute to the men and women who served. I certainly agree that the plight of the Notch Babies should be addressed.
