Your motherboard has One PCI Express x16 Graphics card slot ,so you can add any brand i.e.(MSI,EVGA,GIGABYTE,ASUS etc) graphics card but the catch is your Power supply meet the card and system power requirment. To compare different cards and its power requirment visit this link,
