Question
I got my new pc a couple of weeks ago(Gateway SX Series Windows 8 AMD -4gb ram-500gb) and I'm not getting the picture and playback quality I am use to. It has a AMD Radeon HD 7310 graphic card and I don't know if that's good or not so should I upgrade to another card or look for a whole new pc all together?

Answer
Dear Danny,

Do update the graphics card drivers as well as Windows 8 to latest update. Follow these steps,

1- Visit below link and update graphics card drivers,
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

2- To update windows 8  bring up the Charms bar then click Settings>Control Panel> System & Security> Windows Update (If in doubt then visit link below)
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/windows-update

I am confident that after updating operating system & graphics card drivers the problem would be solved if not or there are error's while updating then do feedback in that case it would be a hardware fault & we will do hardware troubleshooting.
