My boyfriend and I don't have sex that often cause we live far apart, but when we do 80% of the time he ejaculates early. How can we stop this from happening or decrease the chances of it happening?

Hi Tiffany! During sex, if you are on top and your boyfriend is underneath, orgasm control will be a little easier for him. When he is on top, his body weight presses on the penis making sex more pleasurable for him (he won't however last long). Before you guys have sex, tell him go to the toilet and empty his bladder of urine to help control orgasm. His bladder is located right beside his prostate gland, which triggers ejaculation. If his bladder is full, it presses onto his prostate, making orgasm more likely and control harder. And another thing, tell him that if he keeps fearing that he is not going to last long, he won't! Confidence is the key! Tell him to believe that he is going to last long... get him to try breathing slowly... get him to calm himself...He should relax his leg and bum cheek muscles....that would help him last longer too.
