The best advice I can give you (based on experience and knowledge) is to RELAX, the more tense you are, the worse it will hurt. Also, make sure to use a lot of lubricant. The first few times will hurt because your anus is a 'virgin' so to speak. After a while you will notice the pain and you'll experience a wonderful, new sensation. Enjoy!
