Question So I’ve researched this online and the only answer I seem to get is, “eat a healthy, fiber rich diet.” and while that is a great advice I’ve found from personal experience that it isn’t the miracle cleanser that I’d hoped for. So I’m left with this embarrassing question. The ‘performers’ in X-rated videos seem to be totally cleaned out on the inside… if you know what I mean. But really, when two guys have anal sex, how can the ‘bottom’ be sure that he is entirely, umm empty?

Unfortunately, there really is no way to know for sure if someone is completely clean. I would assume that if a person has anal sex frequently, they would know to always be clean. The same goes for any type of sex...if a woman knows she will be having sex, she showers, shaves, cleans, etc. Does that make sense?
