How to Have Great Sex - Advice?

Question
Hi Im hoping you can offer me some advice? Im in high school and i just lost my virginity about a week ago, and we did it for the second time today. Neither time went exactly great.. Hes a couple years older than me and way more experienced. I really dont know all that much about what im doing and i feel really underconfident when it comes to pleasuring him.. Could you help me?

Also, i expected bleeding the first time... but i bleed the second time too... Is that unusual?

Answer
Hi Tess,

First, in reference to the bleeding, some women are expected to bleed the first few times upon having sex as the hymen may not fully tear the first time. So no, this is not unusual.

I want to offer you a little advice that not too many young, teenage girls are aware of: You do not have to be the hot, pornographic sex kitten you may hear about or see in videos or tv. As long as you move your hips and make a little noise to let your man know you are still alive, he will be happy having sex with you.

There really is no method to great sex, especially when you are still new to it. Great sex comes with practice =)

Good luck!
