Anyway, let me answer your question darling. You would KNOW if you had had an orgasm, although there are, like, seven or eight different types. Let me explain the different types:

(1) hard clitoral

When your clitoris is stimulated with a lot of pressure and speed from side to side or up and down with fingers or tongue or lips or toes or any other part. It is often called "frigging" and leads to very sharp, very intense, and often multiple orgasms.
