Greece/Airport to Ferries

Question
First of all...I have looked at many of your previous responses and it has really help plan our trip to Greece, so thank you!

My question is, We are traveling from London to Athens to Santorini on September 23rd.  The earliest flight into Athens from London was at 12:00 PM and the ferry from Athens to Santorini leaves at 1:30 PM.  How long does it take to get from the Airport to Pireus Port?  I'm not sure if we'll make the ferry...Thanks!

Answer
Yiasou Marisa, thankyou for the Q,

If you get the breaks you can make it ... It will take you 45-minutes from the time you get into the taxi at the airport until you get out in Piraeus at the port, at your vessel.
Aproximate cost 30-euro.  More then that is a little HI for a day trip.
The Que is just outside the baggage pickup door.  If there is more then ONE of you, have the first one off the plane go directly to the taxi-info station and Que up.  Late September there probably will not be too much of a line but you never know.

Direct the driver to go to Piraeus and give him name of vessel.

good luck
