Question
QUESTION: Hi! :)
I want ask You, how in Greek language translate this sentence:
"History will absolve me"
I want to get a tattoo with this sentence. I do not want to make it wrongly translated, and I do not know the Greek language :(

ANSWER: Hi Natalia,

in what sense "absolve"? Do you mean "to forgive"?
If yes, then the phrase would be: Η ιστορία θα με συγχωρήσει

Let me know if you need more help.

Cordially,
Michael

QUESTION: I mean that the word "absolve" in sense of "acquit". :)

Answer
Hi again, Natalia,

my previous suggestion is within the context, anyway. One could also say: Η ιστορία θα με αθωώσει. Prefer this one, then.

Good luck!

Cordially,
Michael
