Greek Cuisine - Greek Chicken and Lamb

Question
Telly I have two questions.  One, can you give me a good recipe for leg of lamb and rice pilaf?  Mine always turns out tough.

Also, I grew up with a Greek girl friend, and her grandma used to make a chicken dish, in a tomato sauce.  As a child she used to call it Kappa Ma.  The dish was so good I am 40 years old and still craving it, but I haven never seen a dish called this.  Do you know how to make this?
Thanks!
