Is MR Greek a good franchise to get into in canada?


There is a Mr greek restaurant for sale in Whitby canada the population is 112000..Its brand new and its going for 800k and its not completed yet.....190 seats and almost 5000 sqfeet...the rent is 17000 a month and 10+10 lease..25 % down.....me greek has been rated in the top 5 franchises...they have a separate take out entrance..its of the main highway 401 and in a big plaza where there are 8 more bar and grill..Amc theater and gym in the same location.so please reply me back for any suggestions...

i am Greek 100% but i will not open a Greek business mr greek it's very good chain restaurants but greek food it is not popular like it used to be back in the 80s but i don't know what to tell you good luck if you go for it
ps it is lot's of money to buy  and the rent big place big bills big pay roll
and there is no income you have to get the business there and you have to pay franchise fee
i wish you the the best but i will not do it
