QUESTION: sorry bout this but i need 2 know one last thing i have a billie joe junior iand i want to sound li9ek american idiot i hav a 15 watt mg series amp 2 what settings? sorry bout the secojnd question so soon please try to anser both questions i apretiate your help alot thanks

ANSWER: you have the les paul jnr 1957 re-issues? there good guitars cause i have one :D

as for your amp have you tried putting the gain to 10 and give it a bit of bass?

other than that look into buying an fx pedal which distortion pre-sets, i use a distortion called "us hi-gain" and its a beauty

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: yh but billie dont use effect pedals tho, and yes i have the same guitar he used ion bullet in a bible the one he has actualy touched

Answer
he doesnt use fx pedals as in modulations, IE wah, or phasers. but using a distortion pedal is alright, most guitarists use a fx pedal, i recommend a stomp box by boss, they have a whole range of different ones, go to your local music instrument shop and see what they hav and ask to test one out, if they're a half decent shop they'll let you,

just stay away from the metal pedals, they'll have a little to much distortion!

theres only a certain amount of gain you can get from an amp let alone a 15watt amp :D
