Most likely you plants have a fungus. Obtain a general purpose fungicide and spray them. Wait about 5 days and spray them again.

QUESTION: Hi Don,
What sort of fungicide should i use to control fungus problem and insects for my chili trees? Is there any specific contents? If yes please indicate them for me as i am new to this plant.
Thank you

Answer
Andrew:

Ask your local nursery for a general purpose fungicide. These all have a good copper content that helps do the controlling.
