Hi,  
I purchased some merchandise from Guatemala and would like them to ship it to me (USA) via the postal service.  Do you know where the location of the postal drop off in Guatemala city is?  Could you give me that address (direction)?

There is several postal office location in Guatemala
Check there website http://www.elcorreo.com.gt/elcorreo/index.php they have maps with locations
On the right click Nuestras Agencias and you will have to put the city Guatemala in Seleccione Localidad and you should be able to find what you need
