Question I was born in Guatemala and moved to the US at a very early age and am not able to read, write, or speak spanish. I now need help in getting a copy of my birth certificate.
I did ask this question on Yahoo Answers and was referred to a Spanish only web site. Is there a web site or a person I can contact to help me?
