Guinea Pigs/teeth

Question
My guinea pig didn't seem to be eating much and when we took him to the vets they said that his teeth were all uneven so they filed them down, but now he's not eating anything at all and it seems as though he can't grab or bite down so we are having to syringe feed him every 3 hours, which is a nightmare and also he seems to have something annoying him on the right side of his mouth that he keeps trying to get out with his front paws, but the vet took no notice of this. Can you suggest anything or know what the problem is, because we're pretty desperate for help on what to do?

Answer
Hello,
I'm sorry but I can't help you without seeing but I would recommend taking him to your local vet as soon as possible. The vet you took him to sounds pretty useless so have a look on the internet and see if you can find a local small animal vet.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Alex
