Guitar - General - pedal ogganizing & the fx loop

Question
ok, here we go...my arsenal consists of the following stomp boxes...dunlop rotovibe, boss vol. pedal, boss tuner, dunlop dime wah, mxr zakk wylde overdrive, boss digital delay, and finally a digitech whammy pedal...not in this order...thats my question, what is the most effective way to "order" these, and what should go through the fx loop?...I`m running all this to (my main amp)a Bugera 333XL, I also have a Krank "Krankenstein"...will your recommendation work for both ams?) I play mostly metal / hard rock...thanks in advance, hope to hear from you soon

Answer
Hi Mario, I would chain them in this order:

Tuner
Volume
Wah
Rotovibe
Whammy
Overdrive

The Delay is the only effect you have that I'd run through the FX loop, & that's only if you're using the dirty channels on the amp. If you're running clean & getting your distortion/OD from your pedals, you can run the delay last in your chain. That order should work well for both amps. Hope that helps, if you need anything else, just drop me a line.
Peace - J.
