Question
Do you have any experience with Esteban guitars? Do you know if they are good quality guitars for beginners?

Answer
Hey H, sorry man I don't I'm a Gibson guy all the way myself. My advice would be to get a decent guitar to start. If it doesn't sound great or play well, you're not likely to be too inspired to spend a lot of time practicing on it. A lot of people think it's better to buy something cheap & then get something better later on if you decide you're serious, but it's hard to actually decide to get serious in the first place if the instrument you're using is sub par & you don't like playing it. Also, people who buy something cheap, usually end up upgrading several times & in the end they've spent as much or more as it costs to buy a nice high end instrument. If you add resale value into the equation, it's easy to see why it's always better to buy quality. Just my 2 cents worth!

Experience

I have been playing guitar for over 30 years & tour regularly with my band River City Junction. We play a mix of Blues, Jazz, Funk, Motown, R&B & Classic Rock so I can help answer any questions related to these genres as well. I also have extensive experience using many different brands of guitars, amplifiers & effects. I do most of my own work on my guitars, & I also build & repair my own pedals & tube amps, so I can help with questions of a technical nature with regards to these subjects as well.
