About Robert Billeaud Expertise I am a virtual fountain of knowledge when it comes to the technical aspects of electric guitar. Makes, models, setups, mods, I`ve got your answers right here! As to your questions about playing, I will defer to the far more qualified experts on this site for that. I`m far more of a technician than a musician.
Experience I spent 7 years of my youth as a guitar and sound tech for several less than successful classic rock acts in my home state of Louisiana. I've had one of just about everything pass through my hands in that span. Melody Makers, Strats, Jags, Mustangs, Les Pauls, even a Maurader and an S6 (and a T-60 that I don't like to talk about). In my current incarnation I am a semi-professional luthier (I'd be a full-time professional, but I gotta feed the family). Come on ask me anything!

Question I am trying to find more information about a black and off white electric guitar that has drifter wrote on the very top and has inlays in the neck (fretS) it resembles a les paul any info will help thankx
Answer I can't be too specific since I don't know a lot about their product line, but there was a Japanese company that did business back in the 70's and 80's called Drifter that mostly made knockoffs of Fenders and Gibsons. Decent quality in general. Since yours is a LP copy, your was probably a 1970's model because they started to branch out in the 80's and copy what I would refer to a hair metal style guitars (modified Strat style). Not worth a whole lot, maybe a couple of hundred max, but like a lot of Japanese axes, they are virtually indestructable - a good gigging guitar.
