Question
my guitar is an Ibanez I have had problems with puting it on after the springs broke I have new springs but now I cant get it possitioned right
can you help

Answer
Hello Jeff. I assume that this is a floyd rose style trem. You'll want to set the spring tension so that the bridge sits flush with the body as it is a full floating trem. They can be difficult to balance out but with some perseverance you should get it, if not take it to a qualified repairman and have them take a look. If you could be a bit more specific I could be of more help.
