Question
I use acoustic guitar.

At guitar 1 intro, in between the 3rd fret and open string.  What does it mean?

Also the "(o)" thing at guitar 1.

Thanks!

Answer
Hi Wilson,
As you probably know, each line shown on the tablature represents each string on the guitar. The high E string being at the top and the low E string is at the bottom.

An X means that that string is not played, either by skipping over it are muffling it with your finger on your cording hand or palm of your picking hand.
The O in the tablature means that the string is played in the open position. In other words,is not held down on any fret but is picked or played just the same.

Hope this is helpful to you. Good luck and Keep on Pickin'
