Guitar Music - About a DSL100 head

Question
Hi there.
I've been contemplating for a while now on buying a Marshall amp. I came in contact with a guy that wants to sell his DSL100 head. So I was wondering, can that head be plugged into any Marshall Cabinet, or does it have to be a specific cabinet?

Many thanks,
Ingiberg

Answer
Ingiberg,

I do believe that you can use any cabinet with that DSL100 Marshall Power Amp. Just make sure that the cabinet is rated for 100 watts to 125 watts peak. You should be fine.

Remember that you can interchange speaker cabinets of different makes also, so I would suggest that you go into a music store and try a few different variations.

You can't go wrong with a Marshall for sound and reliability.

Hope this helps

Do your homework!

Happy Picking

Patrick
