No, sadly, after a lot of research, I couldn't figure out Steven's address, why don't you try sending to a fan mail?
Steven is very private about his address, like Axl, and that's why you can't really find his address. You can try looking for a picture of his house, and then in Google earth, type Hollywood Hills and find it, or you can type on Google earth:Steven Adler, maybe you will have luck.
