November Rain is two things:  a song and a video.  For the words, you can look on the side of Axl's relationship with Erin Everly.  For the video, check out the book "Language of Fear" by Del James.  There is a short story in there called "Without You".  This will give you everything you need to know!  
There is also the videos "Making F****g Videos" Part 2, the making of November Rain.  It explains the song, the video, everything!
