Sorry to bother You again, but I just want You to know that I found the song You were talking about, and yes, this is a rare GNR song, and yes, this is Axl singing.
Perhaps You found my previous answer not very satisfying, but it occurred to me to look for rare GNR songs in eMule, and I found the song You asked me about, and I wanted to answer You again, to make sure You recieve the answer You wanted. I appologize me previous answer wasn't as correct as You wanted.
So, it IS Axl's voice in the song.
