Answer
Caroline-

These are different gymnastics disciplines. Women's artistic is the four events: uneven bars, balance beam, vault and floor exercise. This is the most common event that you see at the Olympics. Men's artistic is the six events: floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars and horizontal bar. Rhythmic is the women who use the ribbon, club, hoop and ball. Sport acro is relatively new. This has pairs of gymnasts doing stunts together on a floor mat. There is some dance, tumbling and lifts. Group gymnastics is gathering a lot of people and doing a routine. There is a coordination of movement and some tumbling involved.
