Question
hi
i started gymnastics when i was 3 and i quit when i was 6. i am 13
and i really want to start again. i am to old to start again?

thanks :)

Answer
Stephanie,
My roommate in college didn't start gymnastics until he got to College and he became team captain in 4 years... It all depends on how much you want it! I think you will find out it comes back quickly if you work hard at it and if you want to compete then get serious but even if you don't it will be good to coordinate you for almost any other sport you choose to pursue as well. No mater what you decide remember to enjoy it and have fun and not to expect more out of it than you put into it.
Good luck and hang in there,
TF
