Question
Hi,

My name is Heather and I'm a level eight gymnast from Ontario Canada. I have been considering doing college gymnastics in my future and was wondering if you could answer some of my questions. What is the equivalent of a level eight Ontario gymnast to a US gymnast? Also how would i find out more information about the education requirements to qualify for a US gymnastics college? Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you soon.

Answer
Hi Heather,
The education requirements for any college you are interested would be on their website, you can check out the list of colleges at http://www.insidecollege.com/reno/Colleges-with-Strength-in-Womens-Gymnastics/54... to see which ones may be of interest to you.

You can contact a women's gymnastics coach through the athletics department from any of the college websites for more specific questions about skill levels, comparing level 8 in the US vs. Ontario for example.
Regards,
Robert
