Question
im a gymnast, i was wondering if had any advice for me, im a level 5 gymnast, please any advice will do!

                                                thanks,
                                                   taylor

Answer
Hi Taylor,

To get the best out of yourself set many small achievable targets.
Do not set large hopeful targets.

For example do NOT say I want to be a champion when I am 17. DO say I want to improve my scores from my last competition and I want to learn an new move on beam.

I hope this helps
Best wishes
Kevin
