Gymnastics - Back fulls on the Trampoline

Question
Hello,
I was just wondering if you could help me with a problem I have encountered with back fulls.
I can do back layouts with a half twist consistently, but when i go to do the extra half twist, its like my hips pull me back in so i still only make a half twisting back layout but don't even land it,
Do you know what the matter is? I'm pretty sure i know the theory of back fulls and how to get there but this seems to stop me every time!
Advice would be much appreciated!
James

Answer
Hi James

Make sure your arms are completing the required asymmetric sweep after take off and are kept at the finish position and not swinging back.
Also make sure your direction of twist is the same as you do for baranis.

I hope this helps

Best wishes
Kevin
