Question
hi,im 15 and i can do all the level 6 skills.
i really love gymnastics and would love to get to level 10 or elite level. i go once a week to a recreational gym class but i would like to start competing. my question is how do you go about doing that? what does competing include?
  thanks for the advice,
         j. maduro

Answer
Hello Jessi,
I am glad to help you.  My advice is to go to a USAG (United States of America Gymnastics) school.  A gymnastics school that is a USAG member has rules in place for allowing you to advance through the different levels etc.  The USAG is the governing body for gymnastics in the United States and if you wanted to become a USA representative in the Olympic games etc, you would need to become a member and compete under the guidelines of the organization.  I have listed the web site below so you can find the USAG gym nearest you.  Take Care and I wish you the very best of luck.  Jack Leonard
