Just a suggestion - perhaps your grips are a fraction too tight, or when you cast/hold handstands they did in more and cause this numbness. Perhaps between turns try to loosen your grips off a  bit and wiggle your hands and fingers around a bit. Might do nothing but hopefully it will help.
