Hi, I just learned how to do a backbend kickover. Can you tell me the steps on how to do a backwalkover. Thanks

Hi Ashliegh,

You need to think of a back walkover almost like a one legged back bend.  You should have a qualified spotter for this as you can fall backward on your head.  But if you put one foot in front of the other so your feet are staggered that is also a good way to start your back bend.
