Hello,

I was wondering if a cast handstand step down into a toe circle to handstand can be performed in level 8?

Answer
pg. 63 3. Level 8 restrictions

a.  Only "A" and "B" elements and any number of the following selected "C" elements on Bars are allowed at Level 8.
1)  Cast to handstand w/1/2 turn #2.301
2)  Clear hip circle to handstand #3.304 also w/ 1/2 turn #3.305
3)  Back stalder circle to handstand #6.304 also w/ 1/2 turn #6.304
4) Sole circle backward to handstand #7.309 also w/ 1/2 #7.309

So yes. They can.
