another really good stretch is to walk down wall into a bridge or just doing bridges and back walkovers

Also, stand a little bit farther than arms length and put your arms all the way out and lean forward keep your core(stomach area)as tight as possible and tuck your head. Then this will strengthen your hands and arms.

back bends or back limbers also bridges i have cheered for 7 years i think you can do it . (:
