Answer There is no guarantee that any topical or oral mediation will help you grow hair on your chest. Hair growth is genetic and if you never had hair on your chest you are very unlikely to ever grow hair. The only option you would have is hair transplants. The only topical that is on the market to grow hair is Rogaine for Men which is over the counter but I really doubt if this will grow hair.
