QUESTION: hi,
my question is i have very bad hair fall.and im new in
united states.pl can u suggest me some remedy for my hair fall and breakage of hair and pl suggest me some oil good for hair fall.

ANSWER: Hello Ruhi: It is most important to determine the type and cause of your hair loss and to treat the underlying cause. Breakage is most commonly caused by external factors such as over-processing or over-heating. It can also be caused (less commonly) by fungal infection, medication or illness. QUESTION: hi,first of all thanks for ur answer.i want to know which oil i will use for my hair fall.can i use cocconut oil or olive oil for my hair nourishment.and now a days im using olive oil hair mayonnase twice in a week.i have a silky and thin hair.thank u.
Hello Ruhi: Olive oil and mayonnaise will condition your hair and may improve the look of your hair due to the breakage. These oils will not stimulate new hair growth. Coconut oil will also nourish and hydrate your scalp and hair. It may help the hair loss somewhat, depending on the cause of your shedding. I find essential oils blends to be most helpful. Essential oils such as rosemary, basil, tea tree, peppermint, lemongrass, carrot seed, etc. can be very helpful at stimulating new hair growth and getting the scalp in the best condition possible to facilitate healthy hair growth. These oils would be blended into another oils such as coconut, jojoba etc. It is best to customize the formula based on the condition of you scalp and hair taking all matters into account such as oily scalp, dandruff, dry scalp, cause of hair loss, condition of hair etc. You can find more information on blending formulas in my website.
