Answer Hello: It is normal to lose 80-100 hairs per day. Most of this hair loss goes unnoticed. If you are suddenly noticing more fallen hairs than usual, you may have a hair loss condition. It is fine to shampoo hair everyday if scalp and hair become oily everyday. Anti-dandruff shampoos do not work for everybody. For some the shampoo works at first and then the problem gets worse after using the shampoo awhile. Massaging your scalp with essential oils that balance sebum production and inhibit dandruff may be most helpful. Peppermint, tea tree, lemon, rosemary and basil are a few good choices. Rinsing with a cider vinegar rinse is very effective for many people with dandruff. You can learn more about using essential oils for hair loss and other scalp/hair conditions at my website.
