You are here:

Hair Loss/hairloss & dranduff (seborrheic dermatitis)

My age is 22(MALE) ,i have masturbation habit two to three times daily
form 7to 8 yrs

Excessive masturbation causes hair loss is it true

because i read following article

"Overdoing self-manipulation (masturbation) converts too much
testosterone into dihydrotestosterone(DHT). High levels of DHT
overload the body causing baldness and possible prostate enlargement
if blood circulation is poor in the prostate area causing a build-up
of the compound. Reducing the frequency of your self gratification
will help maintain low levels of DHT and avoid hair loss."

I think Excessive masturbation causes zinc or other amino acids or
micro nutritient deficiency because i read that semen cintain high amt
of zinc, selenium ,protein etc and that causes hair loss because in
background no one is bald
also i have Seborrheic dermatitis
please tell me any supplement/diet to overcome from it.
can i take zincovit tablet daily to away from any deficiency.
please suggest me any amino acid supplement to recover from it.
Thank you.

Masturbation does not cause hair loss.

Even so, you should probably find a better hobby than masturbating, such as something creative or, better yet, a healthy and fun relationship with some other person.

If you really DO believe that masturbating causes hair loss, you should probably think of quitting if you value your hair.  Why do you keep doing it?

Amino acids have nothing to do with hair loss.

Finally, Dandruff is caused by poor nutrition and should be treated with diet.  I have already written extensively about dandruff and nutrition/diet on this web site.  Read through my questions and my answers to learn more.
